Document Description
The proposed work includes replacing the existing 64-foot-long by 424oot-wide three-span bridge over Champlin Slough with an approximately 85-foot-long by 42-foot-wide precast clearspan bridge. Other work would include reconstructing the roadway approaches to match the new bridge profile, placing new Midwest Guardrail System guard railing along both approaches to the new bridge, placing rock slope protection (RSP) at the bridge abutments, and striping the roadway. These improvements would bring the bridge to current design standards and would construct standard transitions to and from the new bridge.
