Document Description
The City received comments from the public during the initial IS/MND circulation period (March 26-April 27, 2020). Based on comments received from the Mendocino Coast Audubon Society and the Dorothy King Chapter to the California Native Plant Society, the City decided to expand analysis and add additional mitigation measures; however, the project description did not change, nor did the environmental issue conclusions change.
