Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to repair, replace, or clean 82 culverts at various locations along State Route 198 from the Monterey/ Fresno County line post mile 0.51 to post mile 19.50; southwest of the City of Coalinga. The existing culverts are either undersized or so damaged that they will require cleaning, repair, or replacement. Specific culverts have become so clogged with material that they are allowing very little water to pass through.
