Modification of an existing Use Permit (UPE05-0005) for Hawkes Tasting Room to remodel and expand the existing tasting room from 1,450 square-feet to 7,600 square feet in size and to add a commercial kitchen with residential appliances, a small public tasting room and two private tasting rooms offering food and wine pairing; relocate the existing parking area and expand unpaved overflow parking; to install a minimum of one Electric Vehicle charger station and a minimum of 6 bicycle parking stalls; host six (6) agricultural promotional events with a maximum of 100 guests per event annually and all events ending by 8:30pm; new landscaping; and enhancement of storm water collection and management system on a 1.15 acre parcel. The existing residence will be demolished to accommodate the project. A replacement residence will be constructed farther back in the property under another permit.
