Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-768-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Yee Vang. The project is limited to installation of small culverts on a private driveway to prevent excessive sedimentation and erosion from unimproved crossings. The driveway is used to access the commercial cannabis premises. Crossing #1 currently has a 12-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP). The culvert will be replaced with a properly aligned 18-inch CMP, installed according to submitted plans. Crossing #2 is an unimproved stream crossing on the same driveway. The crossing will be upgraded with an 18-inch diameter CMP. The inlets of both culverts will be installed with a flared end section or mitered culvert inlet and the outlet shall be armored with 6-inch minus gravels to serve as an energy dissipater.
