The Sierra Nevada Conservancy would provide funding in the amount of $95,295 to the Amador Fire Safe Council to prepare a CEQA/NEPA document. This planning and environmental compliance would support future implementation of the AmCo Stewardship - Mokelumne Community Forest project, which is intended to serve to reduce the risk of wildfire near communities and serve as an anchor for land management in the surrounding Wildland Urban Interface.
