1) Environmental Impact Report Case No. EIR19001 prepared pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and 2) Preliminary Development Plan Case No. PDP19005 to demolish· four existing one story residential buildings totaling approximately 51,700 square feet and replacing them with two 2 story residential buildings totaling approximately 61,900 square feet. In addition, a new one story 22,748 square foot day treatment building is proposed. Landscaping and site improvements, including a new primary access drive from Vista Del Sol are included in the proposal.
