Document Description
The project would construct an 18-inch diameter raw water main up to 1,650 feet in length that would convey water from Matelot Reservoir to the Columbia Water Treatment Plant. The pipeline would generally run parallel to the existing open-channel Matelot Ditch and would carry a portion of the water that currently runs in the open ditch. The existing Matelot Ditch would still carry water at a reduced flow rate. A turbidity monitoring station would also be constructed on the Columbia Ditch near Matelot Reservoir and would consist of a small building (48 square feet) with sampling equipment.
