Document Description
Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) proposes to regrade in area approximately 15-feet by 50-feet above the Churn Creek bank in the backyard of the property owner. The graded area will be overlaid with 12 cubic yards of loam/mulch mix. In addition, approximately 12 tons of one to three-foot diameter boulders will be placed from the top of Churn Creek bank along a 5-foot by 52- foot stretch of Churn Creek bank to serve as rock slope protection and stabilize the bank. All disturbed areas are to be seeded and
mulched with straw.
