Valley Resources, LLC (Valley Resources) is proposing the construction of a new well pad and to drill one (1) exploratory oil and gas well, the Shideler 1-28. If economical quantities of oil and gas are discovered in the well, Valley Resources would install production equipment on the proposed project site.
