Section 6 for work within an adopted plan of flood control: to construct the Sun Pacific Yuba River Pump Station Project which includes: a pump, a 18-inch diameter intake pipe partially enclosed in a 30-inch diameter pipe, a 12-foot by 12-foot platform, a self-cleaning retractable fish screen, a 30-foot-tall power pole, and electrical conduit along the left (south) bank of the Yuba River. The intake pipe and platform will be supported by 8-inch diameter piles set at various depths.
