Document Description
The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), as provided for by its permitting authority, has denied (i.e. disapproved) the renewal of the Hazardous Waste Facility Permit (Permit Renewal) for American Earth Management Incorporated dba American Oil Company's (the Applicant) hazardous waste facility at 13736-137 40 Saticoy Street, Van Nuys, California {the Facility). As a result of the disapproval of the Permit Renewal application, the Facility must implement its previously-approved closure plan. Modifications to the closure plan and changes to the long-term management and care of any post-closure activities may require future discretionary actions and/or approvals by DTSC.
