Document Description
The Project will be implemented by the County of Tulare (Grantee). This grant is for the purpose of providing bottled water to disadvantaged households that have contamination in their private water supply wells and disadvantaged households experiencing a drought-related drinking water emergency. Additional households served by public water system experiencing water quality issues can also be included in this Project. The purpose of the funding is to ensure Disadvantaged persons in California have adequate access to clean drinking water to protect public health .
