Rework Yow B 25X-3: RIH with slickline for tag and test backside. If pass, RTI. Otherwise, Mobilize rig. POOH tubing and seal assy. Redress seal and RIH and test backside. Conduct Pre-SAPT. Demobilize rig. Conduct SAPT. RTI and then MIT survey. If tag higher than bottom pert, then Mobilize CT. RIH with mud motor and clean to PBTD. POOH and then RIH with Jet nozzle to conduct maintenance acid. POOH and conduct MIT survey. Additional down hole work may be conducted as approved by the DOGGR.
