Document Description
A) Construct[on of a modern six foot cable trellis fence in tandem with restoring the existing three foot split-rail redwood fence. Designed to provide the greatest amount of light and visibility, the fence has a cable trellis system that will visually disappear when it is p!aced behind the restored redwood split-rail. Approximately 350 linear feet of fencing. B) Installation of both modern and restored gates at the pedestrian access, the historic drive-way and the new public access near the Grace Hudson Museum. Gates are designed to be functional and decorative. (All gates will meet building code requirements for ADA access and occupancy exit requirements.) Approximately 5 gates. C) Installation of security cameras that will integrate with the existing alarm monitoring system.
