CDFW is intending to execute a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (# 1600-2017-0240-R5) to the project applicant, City of Laguna Niguel. The project includes minor maintenance activities within 13 wetland sites. Maintenance involves removing herbaceous vegetation, trimming understory of riparian vegetation, removal of non-native vegetation, removal of accumulated sediment to facilitate positive flow and maintain flood capacity, trash and debris removal, and access path maintenance.
