Document Description
The Project would originate at the San Marcos Substation on the west and terminate at the Escondido Substation on the east and would be located within SDG&E right-of-way (ROW). To fully accommodate the proposed Project, 1.2 acres of additional ROW would be acquired in San Marcos. The Project would include a combination of approximately 12 miles of new overhead single-circuit electric power line structures, rebuild of existing structures from single circuit to double circuit, and the reconductoring and re-energizing of existing conductors.
