The replacement of four bridge structures, improving the Dillard Road Overcrossing, relinquishing the McConnell Underpass, replacing the McConnell Overhead structure, realigning the southbound (SB) lanes of SR 99 and maintaining access to SB SR 99 at Eschinger Road. The Commission’s action is an approval of a Public Agency Permit and approve a Right-of-Way Map as submitted by the California Department of Transportation pursuant to section 101.5 of the Streets and Highways Code and as authorized by section 6210.3 of the Public Resources Code.
