The development of an approximate 1,192,671 square-foot high-cube, non- refrigerated warehouse building on approximately 54.76 net acres. The building will have a maximum height of 46 feet it will include approximately 831,784 square feet of asphalt paving in the parking area and 360,887 feet of landscaping. The Project will also construct half-width, ultimate right of way off-site road improvements to Alabama Street and Palmetto Avenue along the Project frontage.
