Document Description
The proposed project would involve concrete repair work at berths 7, 10, and 11, plus selected pier deck cracks and spa/ling at Grape Street Pier 3 by Hornblower Yachts (Applicant) in the city of San Diego, California. Work to specifically complete the proposed project would involve concrete reinforcement and repair and the installation of carbon fiber patches for concrete column and pile cap strengthening. Additional maintenance work would include soffit repair and upgrades of associated hardware components and materials, as needed. Work would be completed above deck as well as underdeck via a small vessel and scaffolding.

expansion of use beyond that previously existing, would consist of the replacement of existing structures, would be located on the same site as the structures being replaced, would have substantially the same purpose and capacity, and would not have any permanent effects on the environment.
