Document Description
In 2018 and 2019, SWID will transfer in an exchange of up to 1931 acft of Recaptured CVP Friant water to Buena Vista Water Storage District and BVWSD shall return said water per agreed upon terms at a future time mutually agreed upon by the entities. There is no construction, land use change, or modification to existing facilities.
