Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0317-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Plumas County Department of Public Works. The project is limited to debris and vegetation removal along unnamed tributaries to Spanish Creek, and sediment removal via dredging from the Lindan Channel. Vegetation will be transported offsite, or the material will be chipped and broadcast on upand areas near the bike path. This work will improve drainage channel capacity, allow functionally of the flood control gate, and reduce the risk of flooding to the town of Quincy. All work is to be confined to drainage channel from the top of the bank to top pf bank. No trees larger than 4 inches diameter at breast height (DBH) shall be removed or damaged without prior consultation and approval of a CDFW representative.
