Document Description
The proposed project consists of two main components: (1) placing seven parcels comprised of approximately 2 acres (Assessor ' s Parcel Number (APN) 0617-201 -03 through 0617-201-09) into Federal trust; and (2) construction and operation of a gas station and convenience store on five of the seven APN Parcels (four parcels along Highway 62 and one along Utah Trail), as shown in Figure 4. The five APN Parcels to be developed under Alternative A are 0617-201-05, 0617-201-06, 0617-201-07, 0617-201-08, and 0617-201-09, and comprise approximately 1.46 acres.
