Reconstruction of street medians at the Ramona Boulevard/Valley Boulevard Intersection; new street median to the west leg of the intersection; increase the length of the left-turn & right-turn pockets; and roadway realignment of Valley Mall. Segments of Ramona Blvd 200' east of Valley Blvd, and to 200' west of Valley Mall would be widened. Additional turning lanes on Ramona & Valley. Enhanced landscaping. The widening and improvements would require four partial property acquisitions totaling approx 14,300 sf along the Ramona/Valley. The proposed property acquisitions would involve non-residential properties, limited landscaping, surface parking areas, and public sidewalks.
