Document Description
The proposed project involves the demolition of an existing one-story storage, warehouse and distribution structure approx 53,670 sf in size, including a two-story office area, and a billboard. The proposed project includes the construction of a new five-story residential building with 370 apartment homes (including 31 affordable housing units), providing approx 347,570 sf of dwelling area, 58,866 sf of open space, 1,914 sf of co-work space, and 597 parking stalls within a seven-story parking structure. The project would require 74,000 cy of cut and 55,000 cy of fill, which would result in 19,000 cy of soil expert from the project site.
