Document Description
To assist the development of the Heacock Street Truck Terminal Facility Project, Southern California Edison (SCE) and the Western Municipal Water District (WMWD) are requesting that the March Joint Powers Authority grant easements for the installation of utilities to service the Project. Specifically, the easements are needed for the following: I) SCE - for the installation and service ofan electrical supply system; 2) WMWD - for the installation and service of a water supply line. The granting of the aforementioned easements will help in facilitating the development of the Heacock Street Truck Terminal Facility Project; and as such, all adopted mitigation measures and conditions of approval shall apply throughout the installation of said infrastructure improvements. The Project anticipated the installation of public utilities to serve the Project site. As such, the March JPA Commission adopted an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (SCH#2018121026), and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for the Heacock Street Truck Terminal Facility Project (Resolution #JPA 19-02, adopted on March 13, 2019), which adequately analyzed impacts associated with the installation of public improvements
