Document Description
Note: Review Per Lead A tentative tract map is proposed to subdivide the subject property into 70 lots to facilitate development of 461 housing units with related infrastructure, dedicated open space areas, trails, recreation areas, and landscape elements on 57.1 acres of primarily undeveloped land. Proposed homes would consist of 45 single-family detached units, 102 bungalows, 132 row homes, 90 homes configured in motor courts, and 92 townhomes. The project would also include the closure of a portion of Bouquet Canyon Road, between Pam Court and Hob Ave, and the construction of a new alignment of Bouquet Canyon Rd. The project anticipates minimizing grading on the significant ridgeline. The project would include the channelization of part of the floodzone through the site to carry high storm flows while retaining a natural stream course for low flows.
