Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (# 1600-2016-0169-R5) to the project applicant, Jack Lowe of Rancho Paseana Trust. The project proposes to remove existing stream crossings and construct one all-weather crossing with arch culverts and two concrete at-grade crossings, and install earthen berms bordering the low-flow channel's active terraces outside the ordinary high water mark. The berms will be vegetated with native riparian species, and the terraces with native marsh species. The project also proposes to remove a private jprse track, layup barn, and hay barn, contour grade a portion of the site to create a building pad, and add a lined pond and decomposed granite fire access roads, all assciated with a private equestrian facility.
