Project consist of the repair, maintenance, and minor alteration of existing public structures involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond current levels and is included as "Modifications of existing facilities for disabled access" in the Department of Parks and recreation's list of exempt activities in accordance with CCR S15300.4; the replacement of existing structure and facilities on the same site as the structures replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced; the minor public alteration in the condition of land which does not involve the removal of healthy mature scenic trees; and project limited to the maintenance, repair and rehabilitation of historical resources, in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interiors Standard for Treatment of Historic Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, restoring, and Reconstructing Historic Buildings (1995), Weeks and Grimmer.
