Document Description
The project is limited to a total project area of approximately 2.95 acres and 460 linear feet on the Scott River. The project will include installation of bioengineered structures, re-contour the channel by creating a back bar channel on the upstream site, and riparian planting that together are intended to realign the stream processes of the project reach with adjacent reaches. Floodplain and bank plantings will occur after CDFW approves the Riparian Planting Plan, and likely starting in 2019 during late winter or early spring. Permittee may maintain the project, including minor remedial work and re-planting with authorization by CDFW prior to implementation. CDFW has agreed to assist with fish exclusion activities in areas where work is required in the wetted channel for work conducted in 2018 and pending for the remainder of the Agreement.
