The application consists of: a General Plan amendment to change the existing Land Use Designation; a map and text amendment to the AASP; a Rezone of a portion of the site; a Conditional Use permit for a mixed-used project in the Service Commercial zone (C-S-SP); and a mobile home park conversion. The proposed project would accommodate approx. 17,500 sf of commercial space and 249 residential units of commercial space, worth a portion of the site preserved for open space.
