The proposed Cartmill Crossings (Project) includes an Annexation, General Plan Amendment, and Pre-zone to allow for a multiuse project consisting of a commercial shopping district and multi-family and single-family residential development. the Project would consist of five (5) different land use designations: Regional Commercial, Low Density Residential, Medium Density Residential, High Density Residential, and Parks and Recreation by the City ofTulare General Plan. The Pre-Zoning for the site will be consistent with the General Plan Land Use designations: Retail Commercial (C-3), Single-Family Residential (R-1-6), Multiple-Family Residential 3,000 square feet per unit (R-M-2), Multiple-Family Residential 1,500 square feet per unit (RM-4), and Public Lands (P-L)
