Document Description
SWRCB, as the responsible agency, has issued a water supply permit for this project. The Rubidoux Community Services District poured a 660 ft^2 8-inch deep concrete slab and installed 2 10-ft diameter, 18-ft tall vessels to treat 1,2,3-Trichloropropane. Approx 60 ft of 8-inch above piping was installed to connect the treatment tanks to the existing system. A 20-ft 8-in above ground discharge line was also installed to drain discharge to the ground. A chlorine injection point and flow meter were relocated. 4 sampling ports and associated electrical to serve the project construction on an existing well site. The project will provide for the operation of the system.

The approx 80-linear ft of 8-in diameter water mains and associated electrical to serve the project include class 3, installation of water mains and electrical of reasonable length to serve such construction, (15303(d)). The chlorine injection port, flow meter, and 4 sampling ports include class 3, installation of accessory structures, (15303(d)). The project components may also be seen as minor alteration to existing publicly owned utilities, provided the additions will not result in an increase of more than 2,500 sf, (section 15301(e)).
