Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0640-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. John Friedenbach.
The project is limited to 1 encroachment. The encroachment is for the replacement of a 24 inch culvert with a 30 inch culvert. Work for the replacement will include use and maintenance of stream crossing.

The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probably future projects.
