Note: Review Per Lead
Using State and Federal funds, Caltrans proposes to replace the Swift Creek Bridge on SR 3 in Trinity County, from PM 58.7 - 60.7. The purpose of the project is to restore the long-term reliability of the Swift Creek Bridge (No. 05-0059) and reduce the need for continued maintenance and repairs. Work activities would include the construction of a new bridge on a new alignment, installation of new guardrails and bridge railing, reconstruction of approach pavement and shoulders to conform to the new bridge, and the improvement of road connections within the project limits.
