Document Description
The proposed project is the construction of a 503,400 sf warehouse, distribution, and office facility adjacent to the Shoe Palace existing facility. A lot line adjustment to allow the existing facility and proposed facility to be on two separate parcels is also part of the project. The proposed facility would have 300 employees, present during Monday - Friday between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm. The warehouse would receive approx five to eight truck deliveries per day.
