The project proposes to subdivide the existing approx 5.45-acre property into two separate parcels of approx 1.53 acres and approx 3.92 acres. An approx 22,730-sf, single story memory care facility would be constructed on the 1.53-acre lot. An 11,650-sf, two-story educational building and associated site improvements would be developed on the 3.92 acre lot. The existing Church of the Valley administrative offices and education facilities currently operating onsite would be retained. The educational facility would be expanded to accommodate 195 students preschool to 8th grade.
