Document Description
The project includes installation of HVAC systems on the roofs of existing buildings, as well as additional improvements to the existing campus, including ADA and security improvements to the parking lots, facilities, and school perimeter and the replacement of all building windows. The project also includes the replacement of aging wiring and upgrades to electrical systems, as well as adding additional receptacles throughout the campus. Repairs would also be made to deteriorating plumbing and sewer lines, buckling sidewalks, building interiors, exteriors, finishes and fixtures, flooring, and ceilings as needed. No demolition of existing buildings or increase in student enrollment will occur.
