Document Description
The project will replace the existing 92-foot long, 32-foot wide Russell Avenue Bridge at CCID Outside Canal (No. 42C0047) with a new structure that corrects existing deficincies and meets current standards. The structure consists of multiple 8-foot by 12-foot precast or cast in place reinforced concrete box culverts with cast in place reinforced concrete parapet walls/headwalls and wing walls.
