Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2018-0309-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game code to the project Applicant, CA DWR, as represented by Dan Riordan.
The purpose of the project is to restore and enhance tidal wetland and associated habitat on Winter Island for benefit of native fish species. the project is limited to the follow activities; breaching the southern and northern levees, removing existing water control structure and other debris, special status plant salvage, and widening of an eastern tidal channel.
