Document Description
The project is a tentative subdivision map for a 200-lot subdivision within the city on approx 39 acres. The lots will range in size from 5,000 sf to 10,098 sf. As part of the buildout of the 200 lots, the project would also include two 0.28-ac pocket parks, which will be located on each side of Alvarado Ave. Additionally, the project would include construction of a total of 9,180 lf of new roadway construction within the subdivision, and 1,330 lf of frontage improvements along Washington Ave.
