Document Description
Project proposes a minor subdivision, general plan and zoning amendments, and conditional use permit to allow a 14 unit residential development on parcel 025-101-023. Minor subdivision would result in four parcels ranging from 0.4-1.5 acres. GPA would change the designation from Moderate Low Density Residential to multi-family residential for proposed parcels 1 and 2. Zoning amendment would apply the D-4 combining zone (1 unit per 4,000 sf) to proposed parcels 1 and 2. The CUP would allow the development of four-plexes on proposed parcels 1 through 3. Proposed parcel 4 would be developed with a single family residence and garage with an accessory dwelling unit. Infrastructure improvements include new road accesses, utilities, onsite fire hydrant, an onsite stormwater system, and a wetland mitigation area.
