Document Description
Contanda is proposing to expand an existing bulk liquid terminal at the port to increase storage capacity and annual throughput (hereafter referred to as the proposed project). As part of the proposed project, Contanda would remove 14 existing aboveground storage tanks and replace them with five new ASTs of greater capacity. The proposed project also includes removing the existing west truck rack; removing and replacing approx 70% of the existing secondary containment; and installing new pumps and piping to transfer liquids between the new ASTs, vessels, rail cars, and trucks. No new buildings or infrastructure improvements are required; however, existing water lines would be relocated. No berth or in-water work is proposed.
