Document Description
The project proposes to develop a 139,482 sf self-storage use. The project will include a tentative parcel map to subdivide the 14.47-acre site into four parcels ranging in size from 2.52 to 4.56 acres. The proposed self-storage use is on parcel 4. For purposes of environmental review, the applicant has identified a likely development scenario for the entire project site; the only development entitlement sought, however, relates to the proposed self-storage use. Parcel one is proposed as a 4.56 acre parcel, parcel two is proposed as a 4.56 acre site, parcel three is proposed as a 2.84 acre parcel and parcel four is proposed as a 2.52 acre parcel. The applicants vision for parcels 1 through 3 is senior apartments (100-120 rooms), a hotel (100-120 rooms), and retail use (single story and 50,000 sf).
