Document Description
The 13 acre project is located approx. 2.5 miles NW of Sacramento. The project consists of mass grading and fill out wetlands to prepare the parcel for construction of an apartment complex, associated parking lot and utilities. No dewatering will occur within the Project area. No wet concrete will be replaced into the wetland. The project will permanently impact 0.924 acre of water of the US.
