The proposed project includes the new construction of 21 classrooms and two restrooms at the Corning Union HS in Corning, CA. In order to minimize disturbance of school activities, the construction activities wil be divided into the following phases: Increment 1 - classroom modernization includes removing seven classrooms and replacing like for like, with the addition of a 960-square foot restroom.Increment 2: new construction includes the removal of 15 portable classrooms and replacing with 14 permanent classroom plus a new 960 square foot system
