The project applicant and beneficiary, La Mesa Summit Partners LLC, has applied to the city to develop a ten-acre site located south of Eastridge Dr and east of Denver Dr, in La Mesa, CA. The project is a planned residential development of 30 units, with private street, recreational area, and passive open space. Included in the project are non-bulding lots for a private park, stormwater facilities, easements, and private roadway through the site, yielding a total of 38 lots within the subdivision. Off-site improvements included as part of the project include pedestrian enhancement at the intersection of Murray Hill Rd and Eastridge Dr, located approx 1/3 of a mile to the west.
