Document Description
The 7.6 acres is proposed to be subdivided into 6 parcels. Five buildings will be constructed as part of phase 1 with the potential for a sixth building to be constructed as part of a later phase. Four buildings will be used for industrial purposes and two buildings to support cannabis operations. Four buildings will be 35,000 sf and two buildings will be 10,000 sf. An 8 ft fence with electronic gates will be constructed around the project site. Underground detention/infiltration piping will be constructed for storm water runoff.
