California) (PA07-0035 (Master Plot Plan), PA07-0039 (Plot Plan) and PA08-0021 (Tentative Parcel Map 35822)) Construction and operation of an electrolysis-based hydrogen production plant, with hydrogen storage and transfill station for hydrogen fuel distribution. The facility will have a nameplate production capacity of 5,000 kilograms of hydrogen per day, utilizing grid-tied electricity and municipal water. The facility will produce 100 percent renewable hydrogen fuel and supply it to CA's network of public hydrogen refueling stations for use in fuel cell electric vehicles. On Jan 26, 2010, City of Moreno Valley as lead agency adopted a Negative Declaration for six industrial buildings to be built on six separate parcels under PA07-0035 (Master Plot Plan), PA07-0039 (Plot Plan) and PA08-0021 (Tentative Parcel Map 35822). On May 31, 2018, the City of Moreno Valley prepared an Addendum to the Negative Declaration for the project and both documents are used as the basis for the Energy Commission's approval of the project acting as a responsible agency.
