Document Description
The Pardi Market Plaza project consists of developing an existing city-cowned vacant parcel into a 0.70-acre public gathering place with parking and other amenities. Proposed improvements include 14,000 sq. ft of urban open space, an 817 sq. ft. performance stage, pergolas, clock tower, shade coverings, seating, picnic tables, a turf area, lighting, a drinking fountain, trash and recycle bins, and pedestrian walkways, as well as the establishments of twenty trees and the integration of bioswales. Project development also includes the establishment of 21 parking spaces for automobiles, two motorcycle parking spaces, and eight bicycle parking spaces.
